“Superior Pectus Carinatum” (Currarino–Silverman Syndrome) in a 66-year-old woman: a case report

The premature fusion of some the sternal ossification centers and obliteration manubrio-sternal joint caused a rare deformity called CurrarinoSilverman syndrome. Patients present an abnormally short sternum with forward angulation at junction. Cardiopulmonary diseases spinal deformities are most frequent related disorders. It was also described as component Turners Noonans syndromes.
 Herein, we case 66-year-old woman who presented to our clinic for follow-up computed tomography after surgery chemotherapy breast cancer episodes dyspnea, wheezing, bronchitis, mild dyspnea annually, which more during childhood. Computed showed absence metastatic lesions other accompanying diseases, except anterior chest wall, so-called, superior pectus carinatum, chondromanubrial dorsal-open angle 130, body length 9 cm, is not depressed in lower third.
